We test different kind of wood materials used for furniture manufacturing: finished and in the rough particle board, finished and in the rough fiberboard, plywood, glues.

Under tests we can determine these properties:

Bending strength, Modulus of elasticity in bending according to EN 310:1993
This test method is detemines the apparent modulus of elasticity in flatwise bending and bending strength of wood-based panels of nominal thickness equal to or greater than 3 mm.

Surface soundness according to EN 311:2002
This test method is applied for coated wood-based panels and uncoated particle boards, wet and dry process fibreboards and cement bonded particle boards.

Tensile strength perpendicular to the plane of the board according to EN 319:1993
This test method is detemines the resistance to tension perpendicular to the plane of the board (“internal bond”) of particleboards, fibreboards, and cement-bonded particleboards.

Moisture content according to EN 322:1993
This test method is detemines the moisture content of test pieces of wood-based panels. Such result may be used to estimate the moisture content of wood-based panels according to EN 326-1.

Density according to EN 323:1993
This test method is detemines the density of test pieces of wood-based panels. Such result may be used to estimate the density of wood-based panels according to EN 326-1, clause 6.

Swelling in thickness after immersion in water according to EN 317:1993
This test method is detemines the swelling in thickness of flat-pressed or drum-pressed particleboards, fibreboards, and cement-bonded particleboards.
