Storage units testing, workbenches testing for laboratories
We are testing all kind of laboratory furniture according to EN 14727:2005. This European Standard specifies requirements and test methods for storage units testing used in laboratories.
This European Standard specifies strength, durability and safety requirements to prevent serious injury through normal functional use, as well as misuse that might reasonably be expected to occur. During laboratory furniture testing the higher loads and forces are used than testing of regular storage furniture. But it should be understood that the tests do not ensure that structural failure will not eventually occur as a result of habitual misuse or after an excessively long period of service. Laboratory furniture testing does not include assessment of ageing, degradation and the heating effect of appliances or resistance to fire.
